Vince Bilardo served as the Sr. Executive Program Director responsible for the $600 million PPE prime contract at Maxar Space, LLC. In this role, Vince provided senior leadership of a team of 200+ staff executing PPE spacecraft design, development, qualification, and test of PPE units, subsystems, and integrated spacecraft system, from contract inception through completion of the Preliminary Design phase.

Vince led a seasoned team of aerospace industry experts which identified a set of seven key best practices that highly successful past programs have in common.

Vince and Heidi collaborated to write grant proposals which secured over $20 million in funding for a 15-mile bicycle & pedestrian trail now in place along the downtown Kansas City riverfront.

The Arex I-X rocket test flight required all of the project management skills Bilardo Associates now offers to its clients!

Heidi in an expert facilitator of the artist selection process and developer of local government policies and procedures for Percent for Art Programs.

The ASRG project required an Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) to set the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) for conducting Earned Value Management (EVM) to measure integrated cost and schedule performance on this flight critical program
