Vince was a panelist at the John Glenn Memorial Symposium:

  • Heidi Bilardo

    Originally from the West Coast, Heidi began her career after completing her degree in Art History from UC Santa Barbara. Heidi has worked at the Federal, County and Municipal government levels as a fine arts specialist, overseeing the implementation of indoor and outdoor site-specific artwork associated with airports, courthouses, and pedestrian trails, among many others. In her role as Public Art Administrator for the City of Kansas City, Missouri, Heidi managed the installation of groundbreaking public art featured in our Portfolio of past projects page. She has also served as an art collection consultant to corporations and foundations, such as the Kauffman Foundation, Sprint Corporation, NASA, and others. At the Cleveland Museum of Art, Heidi is certified in the International Baccalaureate inquiry-based learning technique for leading gallery exploration tours.

  • Vince Bilardo

    Vince is a nationally recognized expert in project management, now serving as Principal Consultant for Bilardo Associates. He retired from Maxar Space, LLC in September 2022 after a 40-year career in the aerospace, defense, and environmental sectors, serving tours in industry at Maxar, The Aerospace Corporation, and Parker Hannifin, and in the Federal government at NASA, the Department of Energy, the US Air Force, and the US Army Corps of Engineers. Highlights of Vince’s career contributing to projects such as NASA’s Power & Propulsion Element, nuclear power systems for deep space exploration, the Ares I-X rocket test flight, and the Kansas City Riverfront Heritage Trail are summarized in the Portfolio of past projects page. Vince holds a Project Management Professional (PMP™) certificate from the Project Management Institute, and BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.
